RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations can be made online /schedule-a-session, by calling 540-222-2282, or emailing intruenature@gmail.com. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via text and/or email depending on the selected preference.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that private sessions be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled within 24hours, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session price will be applied. If there is no communication prior to a missed appointment, a fee equivalent to the full price of the session will be charged. We also ask that if you are not feeling well you call to reschedule your session, all fees will be waived, to support everyone’s wellbeing.

CHECK-IN:

We respect and honor your time and hope you will do the same by arriving 5-10min prior to your scheduled session time so that you can take a breath, sip some tea, and prepare to receive.

FACILITIES:

Our wellness sanctuary and budding homestead and tended lands, offer a serene environment to explore body, energy and earth work through private sessions, classes, immersions and more. There is a comfort room and shower on site, outdoor seating area to enjoy a view of Old Rag & the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, and trails and waters to explore as well. We also offer select services in home in the Culpeper- Rappahannock- Madison and Orange county area along with yoga, sound baths, massage & energywork, Ayurvedic, and nature immersions for special events, occasions, and festivals.
