of our body and the natural world, , so that our heart, mind and body can function optimally. Many dis-eases or dis-comforts can be thought of as an imbalance or loss of synchronicity in the heart-mind-body rhythm and is unique in how it manifests in each person. In this ancient practice, we work to identify the source of this imbalance and find lifestyle practices, foods and herbal medicines, that are best able to support each unique individual to restore balance and harmony so that the WHOLE being can thrive.

Initial Consultation 

During our time together we will explore lifestyle patterns so that we can support you in meeting your wellness goals. Whether you are dealing with wellness challenges, dis-ease or dis-comfort, wanting to function more optimally, or simply curious about practices and plants we are here to support you on your wellness journey. For this initial consultation we do as that you fill out a questionnaire and return at least one day prior to your appointment so that we can make our time together as productive and beneficial as possible.

Ongoing consultations

These sessions are a time to check-in after an initial consultation to see how the herbal formulations and life-style practices offered during our initial consultation are working for you. We will adjust any herbal preparations and augment any lifestyle practices so the you continue to progress on your wellness journey.

*Anything offered above the minimum investment  goes to our "Pay it Forward" fund that supports others in our community in receiving body, energy and earth work offerings and trainings.

COMMUNITY SUPPORTED WELLNESS

Are you really wanting to incorporate wellness practices into your life, but finances are not allowing it to happen? Apply for our “Community Supported Sessions” which include an initial Ayurvedic Wellness consultation and three follow up sessions that may be wellness (plant medicines & daily practices), body (yoga and massage) and energy work sessions all covered by our “Pay it forward” fund.

Fresh air sessions

With our belief in connecting with nature and its amazing ability to help us harmonize and balance we offer consultations outside during the warmer months.  We’ll invite the elements to help support our time together.

 


About your facilitator: Jenn Mintz found Ayurveda- the science of well-being about ten years ago and is humbled and grateful for the growth and well-being it has provided her and those she works with. She loves supporting humans in connecting to nature and their true nature of love- harmony, balance and being well - through Ayurvedic- inspired practices- yoga, body and energy work, and wellness consultations both in and out of doors. She and her partner returned to her home town of Boston, VA with the dream of sharing wellness practices with the local community. She now offers Ayurvedic wellness, massage, elemental energywork, and nature-based education and experiences at In True Nature Wellness Sanctuary and the surrounding hills rivers, and trails this special part of the Blue Ridge offers.

On paper she's a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (200 E-RYT, 300 RYT, YACEP), licensed massage therapist (license #0019015838) and Reiki Master. Whether in class or a private session Jenn meets you with warmth just as you are, builds on the foundation of Ayurvedic science, and layers in intuition to create experiences tailored to those seeking wellness, a deeper connection to themselves, or the natural world.
