Embodiment coaching
What is an embodiment session?
Utilizing mindfulness, breathwork, and guided awareness exercises, we will focus your attention on your mind and physical body to process emotions, release tension, and increase self-awareness.
Individual
Working one-on-one offers a space that is fully tailored to you.
In these sessions, you’ll be met exactly where you are — with care, curiosity, and presence. Through an integrative, somatic approach, we gently explore what’s arising in the body, while weaving in mindfulness and nature-informed practices.
This work supports you in reconnecting with your body moving through patterns of stress or dysregulation and creating space for your authentic self to be seen and supported.
Sessions may include guided awareness, gentle movement, breathwork, and reflective dialogue — always responsive to your unique needs and experience.
Rooted in both clinical training and lived, embodied practice, this offering is grounded, intuitive, and deeply supportive.

Circles
There is something powerful in being witnessed, in hearing your experience echoed in others, and in remembering that you are not alone.
Kristen will gently guide the space, while honoring the collective wisdom that emerges within the group — the connection, validation, and shared presence that naturally unfolds.
We currently offer the following groups:
Held in Circle: A Weekly Space to Reconnect & Ground
Thursdays at 5:00pm (Beginning May 7)
In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, this circle offers a steady place to return.
This weekly gathering is an invitation for women to reconnect with their bodies, re-center, and be held in a supportive and intentional space. Together, we create a rhythm of slowing down — one that allows for presence, reflection, and genuine connection.
Each circle may include:
guided meditation
journaling and reflection
gentle processing and sharing
practical tools to support everyday life
This is not a space you need to “have it together” — but one where you are welcomed exactly as you are.

Workshops
A gathering that will offer tools, practices and the space to disconnect in order to reconnect.
Upcoming:
Disconnect to Reconnect: A Mindfulness & Creative Expression Workshop
Step away from the noise and into the quiet of the natural world.
This outdoor workshop is an invitation to gently disconnect from the pace of daily life and reconnect with yourself through mindfulness, breath, and creative expression.
Guided by Kristen, Embodiment Practitioner, you’ll be led through simple, supportive practices designed to help you settle the nervous system, release stored tension, and tune into your inner landscape.
Through breathwork, guided awareness, and intuitive painting, you’ll explore what’s present within you — allowing color, sensation, and emotion to take form without judgment or expectation.
This experience is not about creating something “perfect,” but about: softening, expressing, and giving yourself space to process and release
We’ll close with reflection and optional sharing, allowing the experience to gently integrate.
All materials are provided, including paint supplies and a journal — simply come as you are.
