We are passionate

about people, plants, and our planet.  We have returned to and made our home in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains to allow a dream of ours to come true; to create and share a space where we can live and work consciously towards living simply, connected to nature’s rhythms and WELL.

Our wellness sanctuary and budding homestead are situated in the shadow of the Blue Ridge in Boston, VA on acres of rolling hills, fields and forest. Multiple springs and a pond add to the wealth of habitat and life are nearby in this truly beautiful landscape.  We feel grateful and honored to be blessed with such a beautiful backdrop to our lives and our life’s work.

Jenn’s connection to the natural world was sparked a young age, as she spent hours exploring the woods and streams of the Blue Ridge with her dog. She would go on to connect with the marine world and pursue formal studies in the sciences. She spent years educating others in nature’s classroom in the sciences and adventures such as backpacking, rock climbing, snorkeling and kayaking.

While connecting with humans outdoors she couldn’t help but wonder what fuels human well-being..and she found Ayurveda- the science of well-being. She loves supporting humans in connecting to nature and their true nature of love- harmony, balance and being well - through Ayurvedic- inspired practices- yoga, massage therapy, reiki and wellness consultations both in and out of doors. Given this passion she is currently pursuing a degree in somatic and nature-based mental health therapies and will layer those into her work in the coming years.

An avid animal and nature lover since childhood, Daniel's real journey began in college. Taking a plant taxonomy class to fulfill a core requirement changed both his path and purpose. For years Daniel grew and worked with plants, as many of us do, as a hobby and to fulfill a personal interest. Then he was introduced to Permaculture and again, his path changed. He has a passion for the practices and principles of regenerative agriculture and loves nothing more than bringing its benefits to whomever he can. He has experience in urban, sub-urban, and rural settings and is passionate about bringing the balance back to the landscape and the people tending it, wherever it may be.
